Now, my son can't be bothered to remember passwords, so getting that from him is not an option. So, I had to reset it yet again just to be able to use it. How do u turn it off after u factory reset. I tried holding Ctrl alt delete. I also tried holding all 3 buttons down at the same time shift FN F10. None of that worked. I’m giving this laptop to someone and I already factory reset it. So it’s asking me setup questions as if I’m a new owner but won’t turn off.
@@user-ft3lc2si9s No I didn’t. I ended up just letting the battery die so it would turn off that way. I told the person I gave the laptop to that they have to charge it. Lol

After choosing the 'fully clean drive' option mine says 'how do you want to reinstall windows.' Either Cloud (which doesnt work) or locally on this pc. Should i go for locally on this pc?
I get to where I have the option to fully go through it but that's not the message I get, it says 'Additional space needed on the drive where windows is installed. Clear some space and try again.' I dont understand
