Projector NO POWER or standby light? Full diagnostic video (Epson EX5250)

This epson projector had no power after opening it up I found several things wrong.
1. shorted IC on mainboard
2. power supply bad N-power mosfet
3. several blown smd resistors.
If anyone has some insight into the power supply of this machine please leave a comment.

I have isolated the issue to the power supply, it had multiple cascading affects due to the mainboard short.
