Hi Dana,great video.The PCI parts are fantastic looking .The CNC work done and the CNC chamfering of all the corners and edges are a sign of a programmer that knows his stuff.NO place for stress riser cracks,given any flex that the billet alum may have.It also looks like they might have done hard anodizing,so they didn't just settle for the simple flash black.You know what they say> BUY once CRY once.thumbs up to PCI.and you.

I have all PCI under my EK, and just like polyurethane bushings with a floating pin, you don't need to preload the spherical stuff prior to torque. It's not like a bonded rubber one.
Their new EF front LCA'S are much better than the old version. A friend snapped his on the road course a few years ago and they probably redesigned after that.
Im not really a Honda Guy, im more of a Vauxhall/Opel guy. I do appreciate a good build thou. Keep up the fantastic work.
I have a 2l 8 valveOpel Kadett E, i think it may have been called a Vauxhall Astra Mk2 in your country. I have put a 276 cam, oversized pistons and a full stainless steel exhaust with a 4 into one header. I recently fitted it with a standalone ecu and it has already made a huge difference. I am working on making up a intake for a set of ITBs that i have gotten ahold of and im super excited to see how it turns out.
I am however on the 3rd 2 door chassis, they all have bad rust so bad dince they lrft the delta assembled line 30 years ago soi have been moving all of my stuff into new shells but i have found the one im willing to put money into.

since you have alot of new parts after everything I would take it apart and clean and spray bottom then paint the wheel wells look good

Look. I am a machinist for a race car company making suspension parts for nascar. If you are running on a daily. It’s a very stupid idea. A true race car on the track then yes.
