  • For any estimator or appraiser at an auto body shop or insurance company, having a pre-inspection routine is key to completing and accurate estimate.

The story of the car accident is often disrupted by the tow truck/company. Pictures on site parts intact and then pics taken at tow yard shows parts ripped off. And owner had dash camera but after tow, it was useless as it has been restored to factory settings. How is this considered when it appears to be a much more damaged just from Photos, than the accident. actually sustained. All had to be done by photos. So a lot of assumptions of damage. Not happy customers when this can be what totaled it. They want to hire an independent collision specialists to give an estimate.
