  • Upbeat study music synthwave mix with beta wave isochronic tones, to help you stay focused while studying. Part of my Study Focus isochronic tones series.
    Isochronic tones produce a stronger and more powerful brainwave entrainment effect, compared to binaural beats study music tracks or standard music.
    ► Subscribe to my channel be updated with my latest tracks: czcams.com/users/mindamen...
    ► Other videos in the study focus series: • Increase Concentration...
    How does it work?
    This upbeat study music is mixed with isochronic tones in the 14-17Hz beta frequency range and it's designed to help to boost your focus and concentration levels. It's an ideal study aid music session when you want to increase your focus while studying, reading, or engaging in any mentally taxing activity over a longer period.
    Why Isochronic Tones are Superior to Binaural Beats
    When measured on an EEG, binaural beats produce only a very tiny response in the brain and have very little impact on brainwave driving. Isochronic tones produce a much more pronounced and distinct sounding beat, which makes them a more superior and effective tool for brainwave entrainment purposes. You can read more about isochronic tones and how they compare to binaural beats here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
    Headphones are NOT required for this video
    How should you listen to this?
    Use this instrumental study music track while you are actually studying, reading or working on a task. Although you don't need headphones you may find using them more helpful if you are listening in a noisy work or study environment.
    How loud should the volume be?
    Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

    The quantity of videos you create is amazing; you sure don’t pinch back on the quality.
    Bravo! Another amazing product.

    I would like to suggest you read the Description on each of Jason’s pieces.
    Jason provides links to help educate us about how various tones work, as well as suggesting when headphones are required. I’ve been turned on to many new artists from the resources he lists.

      I think it depends on the task at hand. I'm a content writer, so the long tracks really help me stay focused when I have 8 hours of writing ahead of me. Actually, I use the 3 hour videos as a break reminder. At the end of the session I walk around, grab a drink, and get back to it. But I totally understand some situations only needing a shorter 1 hour session.
      Edit: I really like this one so I'm running it 3 times on loop before my break. Lol

    • @hooblabity9494
      @hooblabity9494 Před 2 lety +3

      @@MindAmend I also find the loops a bit distracting but it's more noticeable on some mixes than others. I think the key is starting the mix with a song that is more gentle without a super distinct melody or beat. Then the loop doesn't stand out as much for me. Another interesting thing to try could be switching up the song order for the second and third loops? Food for thought :)

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  Před 2 lety +2

      The mix isn’t shorter than normal, I just haven’t looped it. It’s faster to render and upload the video but I’m usually doing other things while that is going on. So there isn’t that much difference for me in my end. I like to listen to feedback from the listeners and offer different options to see what gets well received, what doesn’t etc. Sometimes I get asked a lot for something or it seems that a lot of people don’t really like something based on the comments but then the stats tell a different story. So it can take a bit of experimenting to see what works.

    What is it that I feel in my forehead when I listen to these? Right about where the "third eye" is supposed to be.

    • @MindAmend
      @MindAmend  Před 2 lety +1

      The frontal lobe area of the brain is responsible for things like focus and concentration, working memory, problem solving etc. So if you are using my study music tracks with beta wave isochronic tones, it’s quite common to feel sensations in the forehead area. The increase in electrical activity in the brain close to that area can sometimes create feelings of increased warmth and tingling sensations.
