Don't be surprised he filed for divorce. My abusive ex husband found out I had talked to an attorney, a free consultation only. He got a shark lawyer in secret, came home, picked a fight, barricaded me in my office, and when I had to push passed him to get out (everything inside me screamed GET OUT!!!), he called the police on me. While we waited for them to come, he said if I would just go to counseling with him "all of this would go away." He probably filed with a similar tactic but his backfired.
Considering the Duluth Model, which all western countries follow as a guide for all laws dealing with domestic situations, straight up tell police the man is ALWAYS in the wrong, and should be always arrested and the woman is ALWAYS the victim and should be left alone, even if he's the one covered in bruses and blood and shes not.
The chances of you being arrested for just pushing passed him is pretty much 0, unless there was something extreme you did that you aren't mentioning

They even went as far as to believe this nut job and his manipulative lies and take away her fire arms.
So when she said he was dangerous she was being irrational but when he accused her of the same thing they take away her protection.

A lot of murders that are husbands killing wives take place when a divorce is about to be finalized or full custody is about to be granted or some court proceedings are about to take place. They’ll do it like a week or a few days before so the hearing can’t take place and they’ll essentially “get their way”. It’s sick and sad

It is disturbingly common for the abuser to be the one to file for divorce and to obtain a restraining order. I’m a family law paralegal and when this happens it is very difficult to prove these kind of people wrong. They are master manipulators and great actors. Thankfully most of them slip up eventually. If you’re in this kind of relationship, DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Keep a journal, take pictures and tell other people. This can be the sole thing that saves you from this kind of situation.

I literally just rewatched a Nick Crowley video where this was brought up a few hours ago. Glad to see this video goes into a bit more depth into it instead of just saying that he was on Family Fued and killed his wife.

So this happened in my city. She worked with and was close friends with my fiancée. She was a very lovely woman. My fiancée and I went to breakfast a couple days after it happened. We got sat right next to her family and he was with them. The dark energy coming off of him was palpable. The whole thing is a tragedy that rocked our small community. I have been watching you for a couple years now, Tuv. Chills went down my spine when I saw you uploaded this as it’s surreal to see the true crime stories you watch daily end up in your own backyard. Sometimes as close as having breakfast next to a murderer. Thank you for shining light on this. RIP Becky. ❤️

This reminds me of how lucky I am, when my parents divorced it was very civil and afterwards we still got to see my dad on the weekends, and he was still really good friends with my mum and was still just as amazing of a dad as he always had been
I feel for the kids who have to suffer through the crumbling relationships of their parents, that end up with violence and deplorable acts of evil
Imagine going through something as horrifyingly devastating as losing your mother to this kind of crime and then seeing videos detailing almost every gruesome minute of said crime all over CZcams. I can't imagine.
But, if the family of the victims were to come across a video containing those details, I would hope it would be one of yours. You are one of the most respectful and cautious content creators that cover these kinds of stories. I would really hope that your demeanor and empathetic soul would be appreciated if that were to happen.
Not that I could ever begin to grasp the feeling of losing a loved one in such a way, if it were me, I'd appreciate how you handle the story and go out of your way to be respectful and self aware. ❤️
And if any of the family of the victims were to see this one comment out of hundreds posted, I'd like them to know how absolutely heartbroken so many of us are for them and that it's coming from a genuine heart.

@@ChanceWilkinsTwinbro planning and putting these videos together, making sure that you include every detail you can as well as all of it absolutely being 100% correct, able to say on youtube, and not offensive to any group of people (without knowledge ofc) is NOT as easy as it looks. these types of videos gotta be mega detailed. its not like the man's just given a script and just has to read it. doing this shit takes a long time, ESPECIALLY in a small time frame. not to mention the fact that every youtuber will have hate comments, and for most people (idk about you) it's hard to not let those bring them down. if you're thinking that all you gotta do is search two things on reddit, maybe wikipedia one thing, then you are by far mistaken. so yeah i think i'd argue that doing multiple of these videos in a small time frame is kind of tiring.

I remember hearing about this when it happened. The whole community was in an uproar over it. I live in the surrounding area and plan on relocating to quincy in a few days... this is very weird timing wise.. Quincy is ripe with gun violence and drunk drivers. A woman while drunk driving killed 3 young children, aged 6, 3, and 21 months as well as their grandmother. She made a plea deal and got off with only a few years.

Yeah kinda makes you think about whether she had done something provoking his behavior because they had no problems before the marriage so maybe it was one of those situations where one partner changes up completely after the marriage, and it kinda shows since she was persistent in becoming a nurse rather suddenly(which could also be a result of not feeling safe with tim, tho he hadn’t shown many signs of being negative before then) so I mean I think this is a case where I have sympathy for the fact I think it could’ve been prevented had tim been shown more compassion by those around him rather than completely singling him out and making fun of him for losing control in his marriage and the loyalty of his partner, it’s scary shit and not having anyone on your side is even worse

He deserves every second spent in jail. They were already getting a divorce, and instead of waiting or getting therapy, he murdered his wife

Freaky that Tim decided to divorce her because he was losing control over her (trying to stop your partner from advancing their career and having increasing issues with violence like throwing things are pretty big indicators for domestic violence) but then ultimately killed her after stalking the new man she was dating. I hate that this is a classic domestic violence case with way too many red flags.

People use grocery bags as a homemade shell catcher, not a suppressor. Weapons eject shell casings when fired and police can trace the casings to the weapon fired. Some people wrap a bag around the gun and their hand and fire through the bag so the shells are ejected into the bag.
This is why she was shot 14 times but only 8 shell casings were discovered at the scene of the crime
