Man I miss english VA, I know English dubs in the past have been heavily criticised but at least it was there and overtime the VA’s from DW4-8 have become a staple of the series. The latest Warriors games such as WO3/4, SW4/5, DW8, and the rest of the spin-off titles have become so frenetic that it’s hard to keep up reading the dialogue while your focused on attacking thousands of enemies. The oldschool titles such as DW2-5 started you out on the opposite side of the map and you had to make your way towards the enemy ranks with not much important in-game dialogue besides a few intro quotes and some cut-scenes. But now you’re pitted right into the fray and the games have become so heavily story focused that keeping up with important story dialogue and in-battle messages just gets too hectic at times. It’s annoying having to pause the game to read an entire log of messages that you missed. And since the dialogue is small and only in the corner such as WO4, unlike WO3 which at least had large dialogue boxes similar to DW3 which travels across the screen it makes it even harder to read. Just my 2c
