    I've been doing his videos for months now. I started out with 5 mins. Now on to this one. I've been working out every night for about 5 months now & I'm loving my results! I have a 4 pack now & I'm just starting! Determination and motivation is key.

    This is an amazingly intense workout that really forces you to use your lower abdominals if you want to be able to finish the workout. When I started out my lower abdominals were barely doing anything and I could barely do any of it, six weeks in I can very nearly do it all without stopping. Another week ot two and I will finish it without stopping. Huge kudos to the coach here who does it all effortlessly whilst giving great encouragement and instructions. Many thanks for this Coach!

    It gets better 3 days later. I did only first half of the vdo thr first day and i hated it. I couldnt keep doing it. Now it gets better. I have to say what he says is really helping. Very motivating.

    This is the first HASfit workout I couldn't keep up with. I've done more than half of this channel's videos and this one was insanely hard. Good workout, hopfully one day I can keep up with coach Kozak in this video

    when he said, we are going back to the sprinter, thats 4 minutes in, come on push>> lol , my legs fell to ground, i guarantee if you keep up with this in about a month you will be able to hang for the entire video, give it a try... im able to hang for the entire video and i will be showing it soon on my own channel, check it out.. keep pushing you can do it, and the results are awesome,

      Yup definitely but I train 3 times a day and every other day I do weighted insanity abs workout so this was kinda easy for me... Had to repeat this video 2 times

    My Story: Found this video in 2016 and I couldn't even finish the first part -_- . Then I told myself at least once a week. Kinda went on and off and In 2017 I started running long distance. 5Ks and 10ks. Loved it. Then someone told me to get my core strengthen and I'll get faster. So then I was able to do this ENTIRE workout just stopping a couple of times. 2018 came around and I got SERIOUS about Abes . I wanted a VERY strong core. I noticed I can do the entire workout without stopping. Then I told myself 2 times a week ( sometimes I did 1 or even non ) . Then the start of summer came , and I was going into college as a cross country athlete, my new routine was 3 times a week ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday ) and shit was getting LEGIT. All my friends wanted to do the workouts with me and we had a great time. Also I would add his "5 minute oblique" workout out to top things out.
    Conclusion: As of 9-16-2018 , I have a solid 4 pack with a wicked V line, I have the BEST abes out of all my running friends , I not only complete the workouts but I go FASTER then Coach Hasfit . When I do the exercise, I do the 8 minute abs, 5 minute oblique, and 5 minute beginner all back to back .
    You have succeeded coach ... Because I have succeeded. THANK YOU

    this works, I'm a permanently injured high school athlete and after a year now, my doctor has finally cleared me to start gaining back my strength. I did this and I could feel how weak I've gotten. Thank you for helping my motivation and drive to get back in shape and stay healthy! This will be part of my workout routine at home and in the gym!

    No lie I did this for 2 months straight 5 days a week and clean esting by my first month I had had visible abs and by my 2nd I had a shredded six pack. I lost it now but I'm living evidence that this workout is really good for your abs. Also "abs are made in the kitchen".

      lol you dont need diet, but you need to eat the right food. thats the same shit if you take care of what you eat. If you want to build six pack, you need to workout and have patience... you cant build abs in 1 month, YOU NEED TIME AND WORK !!!
