Connect the USB to the Computer.
The device driver will be automatically installed.
Go to START.
Search for the Windows app ‘Camera’.
Open the Camera app.
Hint: Change the camera if it shows the Webcam by clicking on the camera icon. Select USB 2.0 PC CAMERA.
MAC OS
1. Connect the USB to the Computer.
2. The device driver will be automatically installed.
3. Go to Launchpad.
4. Search for QuickTime Player.
5. Open QuickTime Player and select “New Movie Recording”.
6. Select USB 2.0 PC CAMERA if different camera is showing.

works pretty well instantly on my pc. On my Galaxy A40 smartphone I needed to add a micro usb adapter in my smartphone in which the bigger usb could be sticked as the micro usb from the camera itself did not work (the big one did). I ended up watching a little bug walking around on my ear drum .. (only one thank god and haven't seen it again since then (have it on film though). Maybe an ear mite (cats) .. who knows.

I also have the same prob at first.. but the app works after I did this I hope this helps you can try to go to your phone's settings > click additional setting> otg connection ( enable it) it works on my android phone :)

I have used my camera before and it worked great.Now I misplaced the paperwork and have a different phone.I tried downloading a few apps but can't get them to work
Very Very disappointed. I expected that this device would work with my iPhone and it does not. There is NO WAY I want to sit in fromt of my computer, and I want to return as it was advertised for iPhone? Where do I return to? Please advise. In fact I ordered 2 of these!

3:33 Please do not use the sharp end inside ear. Use the circular side. You have to put the bent pin and line it in near the dot between the silver lining. this ensure it will not rotate when using.

@@imprx18 he used the attachment backwards. You are supposed to use the circular shaped part, not the other end. The end is positioned with the hole between the silver lining at 3:38 you can see it.
sharp end will go inside the camera tip end .. round end will go into the canal ..

hello I just received my i96 visual ear wax..I have downloaded the app and activated the OTG on my phone (SAMSUNG S9), however when I connect it to my phone the light doesnt cme on, when I connect the usb to my lap top it works just fine. Any suggestions?

I finally got it to work, went through 2 phones, 3 computers and finally the last computer worked. All the directions seem to be totally wrong for some reason. What nobody says is after you plug the USB into the computer, you have to find the camera located in the computer, click on it, then you can see through the endoscope. After hours of trying to get it started. You better be pretty damn quick at putting that in your ear. If not, the light will burn your ear inside. wouldn't recommend to anyone, not worth the pain.

This was the most frustrating, complex gadget I ever got online. It just doesn't work! I tried several times but enough is enough - it's a lemon.

This is the worst thing I have ever ordered . It does not work with IPhones or Windows 10. I can’t figure out how to download Drivers on my windows 7 this is way too confusing. Not worth buying I really hate it.

@@RajivaSingh , then I have four devices that are not working. In the video you say this device does NOT work with iPhone? I bought these because the advertisement said it works with iPhone and all devices. I tried to download all the apps from the manual to their respective device. . None worked.
Which app is correct for iPhone10? Windows 10? Or even iPad? Does it work with iPad Pro? Do any Of the devices I listed above work with this because it did not work for me on any of those devices (not one of the four I purchased worked) or can I return these? These were going to be gifts for those in the veterinary field. I am not a novice with downloading apps. The instructions are poor, hard to follow, and incorrect.

I connected it and the light comes on but on the screen it is just a white blur. The camera doesn't focus on anything so it is totally useless. Waste of money.
check ur camera lens
The camera comes with a clear rubber sleeve over the lens that makes it blurry.. pull the sleeve off.. now you have a clear picture.
