What to see in Bratislava ART and MUSEUMS [2019]

- Today we will discover artworks and museums in Bratislava, a city that I love a lot and in which I have been several times.
Bratislava is the smallest European capital of a very young country: Slovakia.
The small size, the proximity to Vienna and affordable prices make it a great destination for me in Bratislava for a weekend or for a day trip.
I tried to gather all the useful information on art and monuments to visit and some ideas to create a small guide based on my experience of traveling around museums in Bratislava.
I must admit that the first time I went I was amazed a bit 'because I did not think I could find so many interesting things and above all an atmosphere so different from other nearby capitals such as Prague, Vienna or Budapest. Let's find out together!

Tutto il territorio della Slovacchia era il Regno di Ungheria fino al 28/10/1918. Ecco, uno dei motivi perchè la chiesa di Santa Elisabetta d'Ungheria (chiesa blu) assomiglia più allo stile ungherese...poi, fu costruita secondo un architetto ungherese di nome Ödön LECHNER.
A chi piace l'arte moderna consiglio anche la Danubiana. Però non si trova nel centro storico, su una isola del Danubio...raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici (bus).
