I do enjoyed today’s episode, I took away a lot of nuggets on how I need to adjust and the courage to speak my right now needs and that’s it’s ok to speak what i need now. And ask the questions also to my spouse on what they need and check in with them…. And y’all were sooo spot on with the family traditions establishing that early on rather than later is wisdom 😅
