Hi Bekah! Thanks so much for posting this as it was so helpful. I was wondering if you know if we are still required to wear a face mask in the spa during all times? I know masks are no longer required at most places in WDW but there are some locations where they still are. I want to book a spa day for my daughter and me for our Oct 2022 visit but thinking about skipping if we have to wear masks for that. I also really really want to use the steam and sauna so I hope they have those operational when we are there.
I just double checked the spa website, and masks are no longer required in the spa facility ☺️
@@BekahHart THANK YOU! I swear I looked every where on the GF web site for that info but could never find it! I am sooo doing a spa day with my daughter when we go. I hope they steam and sauna are operating. My daughter has never had a spa day. Every one who does a spa day HAS to experience the sauna and steam rooms to get the full spa day treatment. My husband and I went to a spa in Reno and OMG was it ever to die for! Its always best to steam your body and drink a lot of water to get your skin and body as hydrated as possible before your treatments because it really makes a difference in your massages and skin treatments.
Also, that lipstick color looks beautiful on you!! 🤍

Have you tried the spa since (now that I assumed everything is open)?
I have not!
Nope....too expensive! I am sure it was super nice but I can almost get 2 massages for that price back home. I have actually started getting a massage the night before a vacation as a way to kick things off. Better price, doesn't eat into my vacation time, gets me in a relaxed state and cheaper.

We are so pumped to book the couples massage for our May trip! In terms of reservations - do you know if they are using a 60 day window like dining? P.S. if that’s an advent calendar I see in the background, I feel ya girl! We still have one hanging around too, lol.
That’s so exciting!! And yes, you can book up to 60 days out ☺️ And oh my goodness, yep, it’s my advent calendar 🙈😂 I realized it was still up while editing this video, and finally replaced it hahah.
Thank you for the video. We are planning a couples massage on our next trip. We just did massages in Aulani and they required masks for the full 80 minutes. Did the Grand Floridian require to wear a mask during the massage?
I bet that was an amazing experience!! And yes, they did require masks during the massage. But I’m not sure what that policy looks like now since Disney is no longer requiring masks indoors.
I’m going for May 28. I’m really considering booking something. My daughter is 14 so maybe she can get like a manicure and pedicure.

Is the hot tub area women and men combined? I’m asking bc me and my husband would like a spa day together
The hot tub and heated chairs are separate for men and women ☺️
