I came back on fri 16th Dec. I stayed for a week. Fantastic. Beautiful Christmas tree and waterfall out front. For the two of us with Jet2 it cost us about £800 each which included half board plus flights and luggage from Edinburgh with transfers. Bargain.The place is stunning,so many different pools. The spa is amazing and what a wonderful relaxing experience I had .well worth 40 euros for 4 hrs of bliss.
Just got back from there, hotel is beautiful, got lost just walking around so many pools and sun areas, food very good, and location,near a variety of bars & restaurants along the promenade
Love staying here Kevin, expensive but a nice treat! The casino is a accessed from the main road (not the beach side) anyone can enter but you need to show your passport! Big infinity pool not heated but the smaller ones are.
That hotel is so you Kevin, sitting there with you caviar and dom perion maybe with a Havana cigar looking at the world and then you wake up to your 8 bed dorm 🥵 ,congrats on the 33k subs and we'll deserved so please folks watch all his videos so he can do more 💯💯💯👍👍👍
We stayed there the week before last. It's absolutely stunning there. We booked a master Suite with a view, half board board and it cost £5.5k for the week just for the accommodation
Its a sweet place mate, the RUI over the road has the better rooms and the better buffet (8 chef stations) but the Lopesan has the better grounds, swimming pools and they serve Tropical on draft. The manager at the Lopesan does do comps. for vloggers, you might want to try and ask them next time.
Brilliant yet again. I priced a 10 day holiday in this hotel with jet 2 November next year half board and it was a bargain lol nearly £1600 per person Wow Eh! We would pay that all inclusive for 2 of us heehee. xx

It's a bit of a slog to Las Palmas, seem to remember it taking over an hour, we set off very early. To be honest, I didn't think much of it as a place to visit. We had a bite to eat and a couple of drinks then got the bus back but it's massive so I don't want to make it sound like a bad place because it's not.
Kevin have a walk on the beach from Maspalomas to playa de ingles takes about an hour fantastic views of the dunes you will also see some other sights that you won’t be able to put on YT…enjoy 😮😂
Hi wee Kev.I.N Just my own personal thoughts but how the Meloneras area has developed. That hotel was more or less a stand alone hotel next to the 'swamps' and lighthouse when built. It's not my type of place, too far away from everything that PDI has to offer. You need taxi, buses or hire car all the time. Cheers DougT
@@ScotsmaninTenerife sadly the Cita is like the other CC in PDI, past it's sell by date. It's was/is mostly a night time place with the bars all being on the upper floors and a few gay music clubs in the basement. Still PDI is what it is, a winter destination for Northern Europeans. Hi Kevin, I have watched some of your videos about Gran Canaria, and I understand that you have to highlight bargains for the British tourists, who only want the cheap cheap seats. What about us Europeans who like to visit the island and like to enjoy the luxuries of life and who don't want a €2 euro breakfast or to sleep in a hostel. Can we have some details of some decent hotels and accommodation and more especially some decent restaurants.

I enjoyed a nice fruit smoothy in that little hut last october. Glad you enjoyed Servatour mate. I stayed in block e 149 room had me own green turf.

I usually stay at the Lopesan Costa but to be honest I've never asked the price.
The hotel possibly has a door onto the beach using a keycard, the Arona Gran has that facility.

Playa del Ingles windy, Puerto Rico not so much, more sheltered. Few fancy hotels in that region. Never stayed in any 🤣

It’s about 50 minutes from Maspalomas to Las Palmas, but an easy, straight drive on GC-1.
