  • Jake Thibeault experienced a severe spinal cord injury while playing hockey in September 2021. The high school senior was thriving in his sport, dreaming of playing college hockey. After his accident, he now has a new goal: to walk again. Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital - and its donor-funded Supportive Surroundings program - has been there for Jake and his family along the way. When a person is determined to succeed in their goal death is the only way to stop them. Never give up man, I have been injured severely myself. You WILL GET THERE.
