@yellowhelloable thanks for the advice but i no longer play street fighter and i should have never start playing it the game favours turtling way to much i know they attempted to put tools in to counter turtles but the games engine revolves around turtle tactics so those tools to counter it are not very effective i only play mk9 now that game rewards aggresive players

@bigballzgp It builds up a tiny bit of ex meter every time he does it, it adds up over the course of a match.
