@@shashank6872yes definitely because ye salary 11 years experienced person ki h jb basic pay 16900 thi aaj 42000 h...11 years m agr basic pay 1.5 gunaa ho gyi h which is increased to 150%...toh aage aane waale 10 saal m b ek sbi po ki annual salary 45L ho jaaegi.. currently i m in sbi po n my salary is 15L per annum.

What about the bottom 30-40%? In new IIMs it is worse they get only 10-12 lpa with no perks income tax deductions and every cost you can imagine. So inhand salary is 60-70 k only for an average iim grad (new and bany iims)

Mba valo ko 24-25 join krte hi milta hai aur sbi me 24-25 10 saal baad actual comparison mba fresher vs sbi po after 10 yrs hoga, no offence to anyone, just laying down the facts. And MBA valo ko bhi salary k upar perks n incentives milte hai which can be way beyond the imagination for an govt employee.

24 joining is for IIM ABC graduates and not for any mba one.. whereas it will be for every one who clears the job in sbi
Only for the IIM graduates that too top IIMs jo ki kai IITians hote hai aur pehle job kar chuke hote hai already. Jo CAT clear kar sakta hai wo SBI PO bhi clear kar sakta hai so jab wo harder exam clear karke gaya hai to kya hi compare karna aur ye salary hai bhai. Appko kya lagta hai bas salary hi hai
Are bhai itna hi motivation hai to 3-4 saal SBI me job krke IIM ABC qualify krlo..I guarantee that apka package apki imagination se bahut zyada better ho jaega.
