I got into Squid Game, Wednesday, and this because of your videos, the editing is just incredible.
The " help me" scene is where everyone understood that One Piece is the real thing.

It's not just the grown-up versions who've been killing it this season. This has actually been a super talented bunch of kid actors as well. This was such well-thought-out casting.
Met Emily Rudd (Nami) at a con recently. Absolutely wonderful and sweet person! She enjoyed meeting the fans including myself (she complimented my costume and thanked me for a question I asked at the fan Q&A panel that she enjoyed answering 🙂)
I'm not big on watching anime dubs, but I've been watching the Delicious In Dungeon dub just because she voices Marcille (helps that she does an amazing job in it).

What did you cosplay as?
This is what Avatar needed to learn for live action. Making it for mature audiences doesn't mean make it dull, lifeless and humorless. OP tackled far darker topics than Avatar ever could yet u never feel exhausted with constant preaching, wooden expressions or characters or the excessive attempt to sound serious. One Piece is the only show can make u laugh uncontrollably and cry ur eyes out in mere 10 mins. That's what called strong writing and live action kept the soul alive. No matter how much anyone feels they will copy the success, it won't happen until they learn to make live actions to "add" to the masterpiece instead of "correct" the masterpiece with agendas.
i was so dissapointed with avatar live action, i had hopes because of one piece live action.
Fun fact: Both the Luffy and Sanji actors dubbed themselves in the Latin American Spanish localization.
Iñaki Godoy (Luffy) was even coached by the old Luffy's VA in the anime: Mireya Mendoza. The latter is also one of the directors and translators of the live-action dub in my language.

Best episode of the season, such amazing acting all around. Luffy's and Nami's actors got choked up talking about the scene and how much it meant to them. Fantastic to see the actors loving the source material so much and wanting to do it justice
love this added scene in the LA with Garp and Zeff. it’s the old gen talking about the future. Also to Dads that basically are worried for their kids
Didn’t notice Nani’s theme (Sails are Set by AURORA) was first played instrumentally when she was watching all of her hard work die right in front of her, only to play in its full version when she’s finally free
The main theme also plays when Bellemere tells young Nami how she found her and Nojiko 6:44. Crazily enough, Nami's introductory theme from when she steals the boat from the 2 pirates in Ep 1 (not the one that plays when she's sneaking around Kaya's mansion) is just a sped up version of the verse section of "My Sails Are Set". Belousova and Ostinelli are geniuses!

The actors are all slept on in this show. The performances are excellent across the board. Emily Rudd took us on a ride, just excellent to watch.

And that's the thing - technically Arlong did keep his word. he said he'd consider the matter closed if she brought the money to him by sunrise, and he said if she could bring him that exact amount he'd give her village back their freedom.
Him not preventing her from fulfilling her side of the deal was never part of their arrangement.
Him not attacking the village before she delivered the money was also never part of their arrangement.
It's actually a lot worse than if he had lied.
This show jist remind us of how beautiful to have dreams and friends. Too bad that as we grow older we kind of forget how we used to had dreams and. Damn, even we don't have time to even said hi to our friends cause we got to busy with our own world and work. Glad to have they adspted this part of the anime. We need season 2 and my boy CHOPPPAAAAA!

These edits are the best way to rewatch OPLA for me. I thought after I'm through with the anime I would see the live action differently but these actually made me cry harder than I first watched it on Netflix. Really shows the heart of One Piece as how it affects people even from every media. What a good adaptation AND best edits from you. Cant wait for the last episode (as if I don't know it yet)👏🥰
I was glad we got to see Nami get her tattoo after Arlong took her, they never showed it in the anime show. they only showed Nami after she got the tattoo and was made the map maker of the Arlong Pirates

Just how my brains works I guess. Making entertaining cuts between channels takes the most work out of anything in my edits. Having a sense of humour helps but it takes hours of going through the reactions to find those cuts
@@RemixedbyRaven I see that, being a veteran in consuming “One piece reactions” I have already seen all the reactors on their individual channel. It think what you done here is simply brilliant, a place where I can see all my favorite reactors all in one place. I must commend you on the craftsmanship
(a few examples to prove I’m not bullshitting: side by side reaction of sanji-&-“a reactor” with the exact same facial reactions right after Luffy said “I’ll eat both my arms and legs…”; example 2: decisions to choose which reactors together simultaneously on screen, which before a scene or after a scene; furthermore, you make it so even the different reactors are telling their own story)
My favorite edits has to be the intro: “previous episode” in the style of a drama sitcom, and the jokes just lands for me, and I know humor is the hardest thing to write. I know you wrote the humor yourself because ChatGPT can’t do that

The live action really managed to nail some moments from the manga. Everybody who read it can remember the 'Help me' scene with Luffy and crying Nami. Even if you know what's coming it hit so hard in the netflix version.. literally had me in tears 😢 great job by emily. Also really enjoyed bellemeres character in this episode
