@shawnmgarcia congratulations dude 10!!, well, I´ve had for 4 years a 96 GS and now i'm the happy owner of a 95 GST, i'm from Costa Rica and we have a problem, we pay a lot of taxes for cars, my 95 gst value is $9.000, so for us here is a little difficult have a mid clas coupe jaja, i´ve been in love of dsm, specially eclipse, since 95 when i was 7, now im 22 and i'm happy cause finally i have a turbo eclipse and actually this dsm has 230whp, thats not much but has a lot of effort invested
its a great looking eclipse if u kept the stock tail lights it would be nicer or put the stock ones and black them out and also the front then it would look sick
@MigBraMal88 Thanks man, I'm actually looking for another 1g AWD Talon ATM... I WOULD LOVE to have a 1995 AWD Talon, that's my favorite of all the platforms. Here in Texas,USA, I find them on craigslist and usually get them for about $1000.00 USD. Keep representing and never give up on your dream. There is nothing like a finely built and tuned DSM.. They are in a league of their own.
@chaos36 front bumper is stock rear is stock with a lip you can goto ebay and get a 1997-1999 bumper and put on your 95 you have a 2ga (95-96) this is a 2gb (97-99)
@shawnmgarcia I forgot to mention one of the worse parts, the Taillights.... cmon guys.. Other than that, its clean for sure, lots of work put into it, But it's obviously being built by someone with cash and not enough experience in the DSM community.
Hmmm...It has the 95 RS rear bumper but the GS front? Did you do that custom? I love your rims. They're amazing. The paint is extremely good quality too. I don't like the tail lights much though. Your interior looks incredible. VERY nice with the headers and intake. I bet that car gets up and goes when you hit the gas.
@shawnmgarcia yeah you're right, actually most of the people that i've met in the dsm community preffer de 1G, including me, for that reason i bought my 2G 95 GST cause it has de 6 bolt 4g63T engine of the 1G and the actual turbo is the 14B, i'm thinking to install it the 16G, other upgrades that has are bronze cluth, short gear box and polyurethan suspension, in my opinion of body kits i prefer the eclipse but the talon is great too, the guy who sold me gst is a dsm lover actually has a 96 gsx
@jgmtiger It's more of a majority vote through the DSM community, not just my opinion. I'm not hating, I've worked on and admired these cars for almost 15 years now. I agree about the stock rims, however with some new sporty tires, you can't go wrong with stock wheels, add's to the sleeper look for sure.. These wheels are ok, but just a little to euro in my opinion. I'd go with something slightly different that performs up to par and they would be 16's or 17's.

@StevenWyman dude RS, GS, GST and GSX, all of them in the same years has the same bumpers, 95-96 has different bumper than the 97 to 99, in 97 mitsu make a facelift to the eclipse, for me 97 to 99 are better, a lot of people like the 95-96 rear bumper, so if you want, you just need to buy the 97-99 front bumper and lights and put it in any 95-96 eclipse, also the tail change but in turbo versions, (GST ans GSX) just to make the difference that are turbo, 95-96 turbo has a gray line in bumpers
@rizegraymon1 the base gs and rs models come out with a 420a chysler engine that is what they come with im sorry but there is no such motor as a 480a some ppl call a 420a that has been bored 60 a 480a but really it is a 420a with a larger piston and thinner wall or somone put a custom valve cover on it wich is what prolly happen
@jgmtiger First of all, this is an "NA" 4g63. A perfect waste of a 4g63 in my experienced opinion. Second, This car DOES have a riced out body kit and the Rims don't fit it either. If your gonna fix up a DSM, keep it OEM!! Invest in the Turbo Charged platform and not in a secret sound system and convert your turbo charged engine to non turbo. There are things you don't do to DSM's and and TRUE DSM TUNER will tell you that this car took a wrong turn the moment they slapped a body kit on it.
@shawnmgarcia thats in your opinion i think and so do many others the stock 2g eclipse wheels are ugly and maybe it was a 420a and he swapped it to a 4g63 and hasnt put a turbo on it? or maybe he didnt like the turbo i know some dont maybe he dosnt want a 300+ hp car so he didnt sink a shit load of money into the motor
@shawnmgarcia yeah they are i know a guy that took a 1995 eclipse GSX from a BODY no motor no trans no glass no seats NOTHING and rebuilt it with all DSM parts inside and out and put the mitsubishi imported 4g63 turbo motor in it

WTF a non turbo 4g63?The only thing I like about this eclipse is the front bumper. Everything else is rice.... This is the kind of shit that give's DSM a bad name.. :(
ok... seen better 1..z actually own one better not paint wise.. but performance wise.. doesn't mean my car color is fucked up.. its just that its not as clean as this one either.. i got titanum silver gst 1997 with 7gs sunk into the performance mods.... so far...

@shawnmgarcia 4G63T is a 2.0L turbo, 4G63 is a 2.4L non turbo and 420A 2.0L non turbo, the 2.4L comes in the spyder models that are non turbo
lasers were only first generation. they had an non-turbo 4g63 like the 1g n/t eclipse and talons :D
I don't like the taillights... but it looks so sick without the spoiler! the body kits sweet too!

Its a FWD car...... Spoilers are pointless..... I have a 98 GS-T Spider and it doesn't have the typical foot high spoiler and I'm happy it doesn't.
