HOTEL INSIDER --Wilfred HEE | Ascott Hotel Group | City Manager, Chongqing

"Hotel Insider", is a new column of hotel practitioner interviews planned by Yunji Technology to "keeping pace with hospitality trends, sharing ideas of pioneering hoteliers".
For the first episode, we invite Wilfred HEE who's the city manager of Ascott Hotel Group, and also the general manager of Ascott Raffles Chongqing as our guest, to share with us his management concept and method in Ascott.
