all most 90% of hotels showed in this video provide all Meals, Including 24/7 Room Service.
You can check with your tour operator if you are coming on Umrah visa.
And if you are planning to visit on tourist visa (UK US CAN, AUS Etc) then you have to check while booking the hotel.

If you are coming alone, check the other tour operator in your Hotel, tell him to take Payment and give food for your stay

I Can say its not much far from Haram.
Kia saarey hotels jo Ajyd road par hain un ki shuttle buses isi shuttle station par aati hain. Mera hotel Batoul Ajyd koi 2km door hai. Thanks

Emar grand ka distance kam hy lkn 5* nai hy.
Better ho ga app google reviews dekh lein dono hotels k.

Makarem Umm Al Qura is 5* Property of Makarem Brand and yes it is on Ajyad Street.
Distance is around 2.5 KM they have 24/7 Bus Shuttle Service which will drop you near to Haram.

Hotel ajwad ajyad is very bad hotel. It has bugs on beds and bedsheet. If u call room service they won't come to clean up for days. Please don't go to this hotel.
