He was incredibly young, the car belonged to his parents and no property damage was done so the officers let him off with a morning. Besides, NOTHING the legal system could possibly throw at him could compare to the wrath of mom and the cops knew it, too! 🤣🤣🤣

my best guess is theres a risk of the horse in question running thru an intersection or deciding to not take the road
You serious? That left unattended was an accident waiting to happen. Sure, perhaps it knew its way back but what if it didn't? What if it went another way like through traffic? What if it went rogue on someone for some reason or another, like a kid that approached it carelessly?
Worst case is something heavy and irreversible happens like costing an innocent bystanders life.

I think i was mainly confused about the narrator pertaining to the it as operating the case? Albeit it has been 2 months, not entirely sure either on what I had in mind then but yeah.

Honestly from the editing to the layout to the narration, everything in this video made me feel like I was a kid watching an episode of wildest police chases on TV again, well done for recreating that feeling so perfectly!

The electric scooter going 60 mph tells me one thing: batteries and electric motors are clearing getting more powerful than petroleum, pound for pound. But why arrest the guy? He wasn't harming anyone.
From what the vod showed and told, they were driving erratically which seems to have been a violation in the area they were in, on top of possibly causing an accident if ever due to said driving. Albeit, the vod is very short and doesn't show much but yeah.
They might be causing harm to others, even if they weren't doing harm at that moment.
Different states have different laws for where you can ride e.scooters & at no faster than 25mph.
Pretty sure that's been a modified one.😂
In UK .. can only ride them on private property.

This is something we do not have in the U.K as most chases end up in police crashing, though we do manage to have a few where they do not crash their cars.
