We Need Jungle I'm Afraid (Ready Playa 1 Mix) - Amiga 500 - Korg X50 & AKAI MINIAK

So after quite a few months I have finally completed the full length track of the short "We Need Jungle" track I put up back in January from the University Challenge question about Jungle & Drum and Bass that went viral
To get to this full length version now, I went through quite a lot of ideas and themes to get to where it is now. I did keep the bass line and samples from the original version, but added a whole lot more on top of these, and came out with a 90s retro game style to the track, with additional synth, percussion and effect parts from the Korg X-50 and AKAI MINIAK. I think it all works very well as a final piece!
The whole track was put together using Octamed V4 Professional tracker software on the Amiga 500, and kept the whole process of making this track firmly in the 90s for that pure retro vibe!
My Soundcraft Signature 12 played a big part in the mixing of the track, and also provided outboard effects for most of the Amiga 500 parts (Rhythm loops and vocal samples).
