Two years ago Worthy played with a broken hand. Drops are not a problem

Considering they got the last pick and still covered all their needs with some studs you gotta give them A+

My grade would have to be A-. I'm actually a huge fan of the picks, I'm just not thrilled that we had to trade up. On players alone, it's an A.
The drops stat with Worthy is misleading if you are just reading the surface stat. If you dig deeper, you’ll see that some of those “drops” were because Worthy was being let down by his QBs at Texas. Worthy had to deal with a lot of off-target balls, unfortunately. His off-target rate on passes 20+ yards was a staggering 42%! For context, no other receiver in the draft had anything higher than 30%. Statistically, if Worthy managed to run down some of these errant balls and get a hand on it but not haul it in, that counted as a “drop.”
I think the Chiefs believe Worthy will be more accurately targeted by Patrick Mahomes! 😂
Great point, he also had a broken hand in 2022 and he still played through it. He's tough as nails.

Does anyone ever go back years later and grade drafts and rate the GM's off their past performances? Debating how good a current draft class is, means virtually nothing as nobody knows.
Worthy was playing with a broken hand when he had his little run of drops. Drops won’t be an issue with Xay.

Only bc we traded up to get worthy. Plenty of wide receiver to get if worthy was gone.
Don't forget the 10 drop season he played over half the games with a broken Hand

A Chiefs pick some great players
People mention the drops and don't mention the broken hand he continued to play with for half a season. If you have a broken hand as the #1 WR on a team... Chances are your ability to catch the ball will be diminished. His freshman and Junior seasons are more indicative of his hands. And even if you took his Career drop% he still has a better drop % than MULTIPLE top rated WRs in the NFL. Including Devonta Adams. So... 🤷🏾♂️

Worthy is a deep threat but he can never go across the middle. At 168 pounds, he would come apart like a dollar watch.

I think 🤔 the cheifs get an A minus veach did his work very interested in Steele he's huge could be a red zone back and like both first and second round picks all are picks weren't bad how bout them cheifs building through the draft
