    I coach U-12 soccer and have a BIG kid who needs to get some quick feet to his game, so I saw this video and these drills are OUTSTANDING, easy enough for him to do without being overwhelmed but they will help tremendously, thank you. I'll have the whole team do them too!

    I have young kid that short choppy step before he stride out to run. Any advice to correct this issue

      Well make sure hes in the right stance to be able to run. And make sure he takes a step back before he runs to kind give him a boost
