What a great video!! I think I'm sold lol. However, do the homes have their own pool in Eastmark?
Thanks so much! It really is an amazing place to live. Many of the homes in Eastmark have pools in their backyards, but those were all put in by the homeowners, so if you purchase a brand new home you'd have to put one in, and I know several good pool companies who do great work. What’s the hoa fees like ? And is there golf in the community?
HOA is $112 monthly, and there isn't a golf course in the community, but there are several close by (20 minute drive or less).
What are the prices of homes in Regular EastMark?
The starting price is in the high $400k, and they can go up over $ 1 million.
Does eastmark have a fitness center with any sort of equipment?
There isn't an on-site fitness center in the clubhouse, but there is a fantastic gym that's right on the edge of the community: mountainsidefitness.com/locations/east-mesa/?GMB&GMB&GMB&GMB+East+Mesa

My kids have lived here for 3 WEEKS and still don't have access to the community center!!

Hi Sherri. If they're new residents they should be able to go to www.eastmark.com and click on "New Residents" to begin the process. Then they simply need to schedule a Zoom call with the HOA and after that they can pick up their key cards for the community center. Hope that helps!

They've done it all, the keys are behind the counter! The girl won't give them because of some test that comes with some link that comes in an email.
They started all these emails 3 weeks ago and still no access 🤔
That's frustrating for sure. Maybe give the folks at the community life team a call at 480-625-4900 and see if they can help.
