High-flow fistulas treatment using onyx/squid

High-flow fistulas are challenging even for experienced interventionists, with no scope of mistake. Our group has developed various modified techniques for flow controls so we cannot only do precise fistula closer but also take adjacent networks. The short video shows how the difficult arteries are accessed through intermediate catheters in the digital MCA and how flow control and precise occlusion can be achieved using modern methods. Our approach of using onyx/squid with flow control has led to precision and complete penetration.
