These women should start an all-women ad agency where they can feel safe. It might be very successful.

Sexism and the behaviours alleged in the video are horrible. But when you make such serious claims, back it up with evidence to prosecute the perpetrators because otherwise you're just another company looking to exploit the sadness that exists around women's abuse for views, money, and follows.

meh. do that but this is more expedient. use capitalism against these predators and let them be eaten themselves.

You obviously are in denial of what victims go through after the bring up claims, press charges, how much of a challenge and a mental burden it is.
It is specifically pathetic considering it explicitly addressed in the piece.
You are part of the problem.

Considérer que le harcèlement sexuel faisait partie de la génération de plus de 50 ans c’est quand même une sacrée connerie. Cette petite phrase de l’avocate montre surtout que notre génération s’offusque beaucoup plus facilement.

This piece is completely biased and one-sided. Not to say that all these accusations are trivial; some of them are very serious. Let's hear what from some French men have to say about this issue as well. No one should be fired based on accusations alone. That's punishment based on hearsay. Sometimes women do lie about accusations.
