From my experience and others, the LTE versions took significantly longer to receive major updates than regular BT one's... In some cases it took even 1-2 months to receive important updates, after the BT versions received it.

It's a At&t watch, but my current phone carrier is tmobile.

This is my follow up comment regarding the One UI 5 watch Update.
This is to confirm that my Galaxy watch 4 (44mm Bluetooth version) has on this day being Tuesday (12/September/ 2023) received the first part of the One UI 5 watch update.
The update size was 1743.31 MB.
With the security patch level being July 1, 2023.
And going by what our friends who've already received this update in Europe and US are saying, It seems I'm to expect another update.
I'll let you guys know when and if I get another update.
