You were right Joe, about WHY dogs take Zanax, I was a Vet Tech for years and usually it’s the owner who should be taking the zanax. They are the ones who are so “anxious” and “nervous” because they expect after leaving the dog in a tiny apartment for over 12 hours that first it won’t go on the floor and secondly that they won’t chew up your carpet at the door…..namely because they need to go out.

When I was in college, I worked at a veterinarian’s office. Most of the medication I dispensed was animal specific, like heartworm or flea and tick meds.
One day, my puppy cut her paws on some broken glass playing outside. I took her in to work, cleaned her up, bandaged her and everything. Then the doctor said to give my dog antibiotics in case there was an infection. She hands me a bottle of Amoxicillin for me to count out the pills.
I never paid attention to what medicine was in the cabinets at that point. I was confused because I had just recently finished taking Amoxicillin. But the bottle clearly stated “for Veterinarian use only”. There’s literally no difference. It’s not some special dog-friendly version. It’s the exact same medication for humans and animals it’s, just that Vets can’t legally prescribe what they have to humans.
I don’t remember how much my pills costs or what my dog’s pills cost. My boss gave me the pills at cost, but even the price for a patient was something like 60 times cheaper than what humans are charged.
But yeah, animals take human medication all the time. It’s not the other way around usually. We even had scheduled drugs that had to be kept under lock and key and recorded meticulously when giving any, like Diazepam.

Thank you!!!!! I've been watching Krystal and Sagaar since the first days of Rising and was one of the first subscribers to Breaking Points - but I have to say - her completely myopic stance on this whole topic has really made me question continuing to follow them. Where does she come off making a statement like that? There is a great deal of clear, scientific data and fact based evidence demonstrated in a number of published, peer-reviewed papers covering the evidence of efficacy of Ivermectin as an early intervention treatment for Covid -- shown in a ranges clinical trials - not to mention - the actual successful on the ground results in nations like Mexico and India (The data for which is EASILY available!!) - that show this drug is working and saving lives! How can she summarily dismiss it -- so consistently - the way she does - without ever honestly reviewing the real facts that exist about it? I'm guessing it's because she doesn't want their program to be flagged as propaganda and banned from CZcams -- but, I have to say - I really expected much better from her. I subscribed to them because I wanted to give them the ability to run a platform where they would HAVE the freedom to give voice to all sides of an issue and the BRAVERY to do so!! -- and allow all sides of controversial issues to be thoroughly given voice. I expected REAL investigative journalism from this program -- not the same kind of reactionary dismissiveness I can get from all the other news outlets. Their coverage of the clearly manipulated maligning of this drug is really, really disappointing. These days, Kim Iversen is standing far above Krystal in her ability to deliver really outstanding, fact-based, journalistic investigations into all topics, including this one. My current dog -- from the shelter in Portland, Maine -- was given this garbage as well. Why was she anxious? Well, first she had been tortured, then rescued and put in a foster home, then driven 1000 miles to Maine, then kept in dog prison for four months. She was anxious because she felt rejected and unloved. She is the sweetest beagle / whippet mix and she is still afraid of lots of things, but after six months in a loving home, being fed best-quality food, 30 acres of woods to run in, she is moderately relaxed. We had a family member who had that problem and literally had to hide our dog's opioid pain meds (had just gotten surgery) when they visited. Apparently, they'd stolen other family pet meds for the same reason. I personally think they stalked our social media pages for posts about family pets recovering from surgery (usually sterilizations) so they knew whose house to hit up. I started telling family not to make posts like that for that reason. In fact, I encourage everyone who knows anyone addicted to opioids to avoid sharing info online about your pets recovering from surgeries because addicts will read that as, "that house now has the fix I need." Just an FYI.
