Can I just say … your 60 sec face wash rule has changed the game for me completely!! My face washes have been working so well on my skin with that 60 min massage… this method has been around for a while but I got to know about this from your videos and I can’t thank you enough for that!! The shampoo and hair mask is bomb. I have wavy and very very very thin hair and whenever I use the combo with my curly girl method, my hair looks so good and healthy.
Okay so I've used up the water melon cleanser and can i just say what a gem it is??!! I'm so thankful to you for recommending it. After using it, I'm not able to go to any other face wash. It not only cleans my face but gives a refreshed almost minty feeling on my face. Almost like I've just taken a shower using head and shoulders shampoo. I absolutely love it. And I've already told everyone I know about it and asked them to try it out. Just waiting for my current face washes to get over so I can get another one.
Oh! And I'm almost done with the cica moisturizer as well.. Again, another moisturizer that didn't irritate my skin. I've taken to using it for my pm routine. Absolutely love them
I will be trying out their hair mask soon, rest all the other products I have already used and trust me you guys each, and every product is FABULOUS
I'm so in love with this brand. I started with three of their maks and they gave me beautiful result, the cica one being my absolute favourite. I then also bought their moisturizer, and again ended up loving cica gel the most. I was looking for a shampoo, as I was having massive hairloss. And thought of giving this a try, as I have loved every product that I've tried. And with one wash I saw the difference. My hair fall reduced and there was lot less frizz. Now I'm in love with every product. Will definitely try the retinol next. Thank you for all your videos ❤️

I'm absolutely rubbish at commenting but just wanted to say this. My skin is extremely sensitive and i have a lot of allergies both to smells and some ingredients. And no matter what moisturizer I tried l, it just didn't work for me. It felt like my face was covered in dirt and I just wanted to scrub it clean. I got myself the dot and ket vitamin c moisturizer after seeing your recommendation and just instantly fell in love with it. I haven't used it long enough to know whether it has any effect on my pigmentation but it just feels so light and cool on my skin. And I don't get the urge to scratch my face while using it. Ivjust loved it so much that I got a backup of it and the cica calming gel and watermelom gel cleanser during the sale. Just received them today and can't wait to use them. Thank you so much for your recommendation ☺☺☺ now I finally have a moisturizer that does not irritate my skin. I don't think I'll ever look at anything else now.😃😃

Can you use it as a night moisturizer
I purchased the retinol night cream about six months ago on your recommendation. The first 5 months I was very inconsistent with my skincare since I was just starting.
But since a month I am very consistent with my routine, specially the night routine. I used this retinol cream and a moisturer. And within a month of consistent usage my skin has changed drastically.

Hi Shweta! I have a question about some of the Dot & Key products. A lot of these products have Methylisothiazolinone, which I understand can be very toxic. That is the one reason holding me back from buying anything from this brand. I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid. Your thoughts please?

Hiii shwethaji , i used many dot and key products like their face masks and seums. They don't harm the skin but dint do anything good as well. I realised that i have wasted a lot of money coz they are soooo expensive. Their vit c moisturizer claims that it brightens the skin but it doesn't do much. It is a decent moisturizer...that's it. I tried their argan oil shampoor for my thinning hair but it dint work for me. I gave this brand multiple chances but it manages to disappoint me all the time.

Can I use vit c night gel and retinol together in my night time skin care routine... I have used vit c and just loved it want to add retinol but how do I ??
The days you use retinol I wouldn’t mix anything else with it until my skin gets used to it. A few doctors do suggest that vit c and retinol can work but I know many hate those two together. I’m in the second lot. My skin can’t take it. Once your skin gets used to retinol you can however incorporate niacinamide. It’s a great combo!

Hi shwetha,u have mentioned to use the hair mask before bathing, but I apply oil to my hair. Can we use this on an oiled hair?
So try this ! Oil your scalp ... then take the mask apply it on your strands .. wait for 15 mins and then take your bath. If you want you can give your strands an extra hydration by adding it after shampoo for 3 mins
