I think, if you disolve the disk into hot milk, it doesn't really matter, if the sugar is already dissolved or not. So why should they waste energy on that :D Of course if you don't perfer to eat everything straight from the package ;)
Yay! I really missed a new video from you. And finally I get to seeing it after a long day of work. I once had a mexican chocolate bar from a former mexican ICQ friendship (that was how we chatted before Facebook & Co.). but I can hardly remember the taste. What i remember is that it was a little too granulous for my taste. But the flavour was nice and not really very sweet. So let's see about your experiences.

22:40 I'd guess opening the package is part of the ritual. If a chocolate is too easy to access it tastes only half as good :)
