During most studio recordings you can barely hear the organ, during most CZcams, facebook recordings you can only hear the drums and the organ. Is their a remedy where the whole band can equally be heard note for note????
I would suggest the keyboard player and the bass player in this band play through a classic fender bassman tube head with a 4x10 bass cabinet. The Hammond b3 uses lots of tubes, has a huge eq and controls area, bass pedals and a Leslie tubes speaker cabinet. A Roland kc300 going against a Hammond b3 volume wise is no competition.
I play my keyboard rig (Korg Kronos/Triton and Roland Fantom) through a Roland KC990 amplifier. It gets the job done very nicely. It also has great output options to feed a P.A. system when a direct box is not preferred. And if I needed it, I could have a socket mount for a speaker stand installed on the bottom of the amp for elevated projection (did this on past amps). But leaving the KC990 on the floor has been sufficient so far.
But the board player rocking the sunnys in church like he in the club... come on king... and please nobody don't try to explain this away... yes, it's a fact they rocking.. but when is somebody gawn say "y'all going too far"!
