I just recorded something this morning on holding space = intention + attention. You often say all you know how to do is play and pray, but your gift is articulation. Thank you for that beautiful gift! It’s like Ram Dass when he talked about himself or Alan Watts being “the mouth” of those gathered, or the collective. You speak what is on all our hearts. I take a lot of solace in that. We all share the wisdom and the messages, no matter what scale on which we send them out in service to others. Thank you for bravely being on the larger scale!

Literally was talking to my husband about these things last night, not stressing about figuring everything out all at once, or obsessing over failures. But forward progress, and the necessity of more structure in our lives to achieve our goals, and my whiteboard says how i do anything is how i do everything, and the rhino is the animal that was chosen for the dream arc journey that I am on with the gene keys community. “The wise person, therefore, does really not look to change anything. They become quiet. They have patience. Such a being unfolds at a fast rate. It makes no difference what predicament such a being is in. It doesn't matter, for such a being is already free. When the mind rests in the heart, that means when the mind does not go out any longer and identify with the world, when the mind rests in the heart there is peace, there is harmony, there is pure being. When you allow your mind to go out of yourself it begins to compare, it begins to judge, it begins to feel offended, and there is no peace. There’s no rest. How do you begin? Well, first you realize the place that you're in right now, whether you think it's good or bad, whether you think you're happy or sad, whether you think you're rich, or poor, or sick, or healthy, the place where you’re in right now is your right place. That's a beginning. You stop trying to be someone else. You stop trying to change your life. You’re in your right place, right now, just the way you are. If you can become happy and peaceful in the place where you are right now, all of a sudden you will find circumstances will change in your favor, and then again you will be in your right place. Whatever change comes along as far as your body-mind is concerned, you’re in your right place. The more you can see that, the more you can look at what I just said intelligently, the more peaceful you become, the more the karmic patterns begin to break away and you begin to awaken.”

The capacity to which you can see into all aspects of yourself in the name of love, and thus see into the reflection of others at the level you do is mind expanding & heart erupting.

For me, becoming your own mother or father is recognizing that it was you who created the person you are at present; taking responsibility instead of blaming our foibles on others or on our environment (victim). You speak about the transition from maiden to mother... My journey has taken a bumper path... one foot in the spiritual growth & one foot in the unaware... then kids came along, and my spiritual growth pushed hard to get my foot out of the unaware. It's a bumpy path!
I love witnessing your shared growth.... I truly wand 🪄 your transition into motherhood to be so empowering and beautiful! From where I stand, it looks to me like facing off with yourself will make foe a more joyous relationship with your one day children!
My motherly advice: you ARE the perfect mother for your kids! You only have your kids for a short period... ignoring the world and putting all your energy into those darlings will pay off in spades. People say it takes a village to raise children, but all children want is their mom & dad... let your village take care of the entire family unit together... don't give your kids away for a single second if you can move mountains to do so! They chose you to be their mother!
And do your best to breast feed until the child is ready to ween! No amount of social pressure should ever matter... your body knows when your child is sick and will make the antibodies that child needs... and the amazing thing is, that even if you have more than one nursing at a time, your body responds to each individually!

Enjoy your 6 weeks of nourishment!! Very inspiring to focus 200 percent on the 10 percent. There is so much I'm avoiding just stacking up and that does not equate to freedom it feels more like a prison of stagnant energy!! I also find it hard to exercise!! it feels lonely to me. I'll admit it an accountability partner would do the trick. I wish I could summon enough self motivation but I've really really tried and when I picture getting up to work out I feel emotional ...like really really sad. I haven't yet completely cracked that code...if you do...please let me know!! Thank you again for showing up personally in this podcast.
