    So nice they have the full-time peninsula with the sink. By far the best layout for a cook and/or a baker. You can actually roll out dough for cutting out cookies, use cooling racks, etc. No more bending over to roll out dough on the dining top. Has to be the most uninterrupted countertop space in a class a today. Sink and stove top covers work great. However, flour, sugar, other powders, herbs, crumbs, oil, etc, etc...find their way in the seams making for more clean up. Until one of the manufacturers creates a functional folding island, this is a dream kitchen for a class a. In a 37 footer too! All those great features and storage in a 37' coach. A brilliant coach.
    On the 2020 version I want to see the bed or dining slide include the bathroom vanity just to add a little more floor space to the bathroom. No need for a second door. They always have a large gap on the top, bottom, or both. Those doors allow too much noise transfer. While using the facilities, one doesn't wish to provide a soundtrack of their activities to all others in the coach. Perhaps some sort of sliding wall panel with a double brush seal (same seals on sliding external windows) behind wood a fascia. Or even a folding wall panel with articulated hidden hinges and a magnetic tract all the way around to provide a positive seal when closed.
    As always, thank you Chris and Tony.
    Cheers from Seattle!

    Thanks for having all compartment doors open, I think you save time doing it that way.

    You explained everything wonderfully! All the information I wanted, and finally, a video with all the slides in. I've always wondered how that looks inside. I'd love to see bunk RVs

    Could on your next video you take the RV on the road. So I can actually see how it handles in action.

    So how do they do a major service on the generator with no slideout tray?

    Chris, great presentation. Curious as to how much awning space you lose when the slide is out.

    When you lifted the boards up on the induction hubs, on the other side were cutting boards, you forgot to mention it.

    Is the microwave/convection oven vented to the outside or the inside of the coach?

    Take it slow, and explain it as each switch and functions work as your counter part sale rep explains. Your views want to know it. thanks for your effort

    Haven't thought about a 37' but this video has put them in my mind now. Any chance you can do a little bit more info on the various power awnings Newmar offers? Or just in your future videos run them out and show the amount of shade. Girard vs. Regular? Newmar needs to hire you on the side to do there videos by the way! LOL. Thanks again

      @tooter302 Před 6 lety +1

      Ryan, thanks for the suggestion. Maybe we could do a separate video dedicated to awnings and show all the types commonly used by our manufacturers. On a side note, Newmar knows where to find me if they need me :)

      Chris Anderson Lol. Good deal. And that video will be cool and nothing like it done on CZcams I've seen so unique also! Thanks for your time in doing these.

    @ 20:42 - there is a sign that says "This seat not for occupancy while vehicle is in motion". Does that pertain to the dinette?
    If so, is it both seats of the dinette or just the one you're in? If not, which seat is it referencing?
    Thanks for these videos, they're very informative.

    • @tooter302
      @tooter302 Před 6 lety

      That's a normal sign for the front bench (rear facing) on the dinette. Normally these do not have seat belts so they put these signs up for liability purposes. Since most states have few if any laws regarding seat belts in an RV other than the Driver/Passenger seats, most RV'ers ignore these signs :)

    Another question. The Ventana brochure shows options and standard features. Are all of these available on all models? If not, how do we know what features go with what coach?

    • @tooter302
      @tooter302 Před 6 lety

      Most options go across all models, but some are floor plan specific. Contact me and I can get you an order form specific to the floor plan you like.

    I know that a tag adds $30K to the price but wouldn't it also increase the cargo capacity? I know of no manufacturer who offers a tag on a unit under 40 ft. I kinda wished you guys sold King Aires but you gotta know your market. You're a lot closer than where I would buy. The closest is over 400 miles away and I wouldn't buy from them. (A Camping World)

    • @tooter302
      @tooter302 Před 6 lety +1

      Roy, Yes a tag adds NCC, but its just not needed on a coach with this GVWR. It has 7100lbs of NCC!!

    • @marklane9773
      @marklane9773 Před 6 lety

      The tag axel, in most cases may add carrying capacity, but a 40' coach with a tag may actually reduce cubic feet of storage.

    Chris, Where do you store the covers from the sink and the induction cook top when they are in use.

    • @Assassin1959
      @Assassin1959 Před 6 lety

      Around 22:18 just above the pantry, I think you can store them there.
