Trailblazer liftgate struts replacement

Replacing the liftgate struts in a Trailblazer. This also applies to the other members of the gmt360/370 family, including the envoy, bravada, ascender, rainier, and that saab thing.
Be safe, have an assistant hold the liftgate while doing this. I've seen some people get hurt pretty good when the liftgate kicks when one of the struts are removed. I know I did exactly the opposite of what I'm saying but I am aware of the risks and possible consequences.
