I love how the announcer is just like "And bowser too" in the most unamused voice.
For once they got a decent announcer for these trailers. The others sound like they're trying way too hard.

I can see how Cursa resembles Rosalina whenever she is shown. This is where the theory that Cursa either is Rosalina or using her as a host body. It would also explain why there is a Rabbid Rosalina, and you don't see the real one. Though we won't know for sure until the game is released.

1:56 Yeah, at this part, the eye changes blue and it looks pretty much identical to Rosalina's eye in coloration and shape. It's very possible.

The bright side to the soundtrack is that grant’s Doing 1/3 of it so 1/3 of the soundtrack will make its way on to iTunes at the minimum lol

Love this trailer. Hope Rosalina will be unlockable after you beat her in the story campaign, or maybe she will be later when she's lifted from the curse.

Seeing as Cursa released its grip on the Sparks and we also saw a single eye that was blue indicates to me that Rosalina cuz she usually has the other eye covered by her hair and she is either possessed or being used as some type of host body for the creature cuz you can’t have a game involving Lumas and not include the mother of the them

It is a DLC for next Year. So it is not yet the Time for a Trailer with Rayman.
I’m still hoping we’ll see Full Trailer for Rayman joining the Heroes with Mario and The Team In Mario + RABBIDS® Sparks Of Hope. But I’ll say we’ll see it til October 20th that’s when the Main full-game will release in Next month.

We live in a bizarre timeline where a game with Rabbids has the personality Paper Mario games used to have.
It's funny how I never quite made that connection between this series and the original Mario RPGs (SMRPG, PM64, TTYD). I love those games as well as the Mario and Luigi ones (and SPM to an extent). This series really is the continuation of the strategy/rpg Mario games with personality.
Cursa is Rosalina. And as a massive Mario fan I can tell facial features.

This is the most expressive I've seen the Mario cast aside from the Switch Luigi's Mansion.
It's crazy that these two games featuring those Rabbids of all things are some of the most interesting Mario titles in a long time. And also yeah, Nintendo needs to do more collabs with other developers

I love how they made an all new Peach's castle/Mushroom Kingdom for this. I'm kinda surprised they didn't reuse that hub area castle from Kingdom Battle since odds are we'll be leaving it really quickly to board that Rabbid star ship to travel across planets. I do admire all the work that's being put into this sequel!
Probaly in HUGE gap of kinddom Battle and Spark of Hope toads have redisnged the castle
Maybe a time skip happens between Kingdom Battle & Sparks of Hope. Peach probably needed a new Castle since hers was on small islands with multiple items from the 4 worlds surrounding it in KB (plus it was covered in gold paint & random nik-naks). She probably let the Rabbids have that & had the toads build a new one to be more like how it was before there world merged with the Rabbid’s.

honestly, with how rayman fans are idk if they should. Because lets say it goes like this:
Mario rabbids 2 releases > DLC 1 > DLC 2 (story) > DLC 3 (Rayman Story) we are in 2024 already.
Then Soliani and co give rabbids a break and start working on a rayman game releasing in 2028 idk > DLC
If they return to make rabbids 3, i wouldn't be surprised if rayman fans went apeshit over that because of how they are.

Ubi Montpellier certainly wont be working on anything rayman left, so the only studio that would do it is Milan ofc.

I am convinced that the villain of this game is just a possessed Rosalina, I mean the mysterious creatures eyes do look similar and there is a rabbid Rosalina. So I’m not saying I know it is it’s just a weird coincidence! I’m going to try and get this the day it comes out so I can avoid spoilers! Can’t wait!!!!

I would love to see rayman use the plunger gun
As well as Serguei as a boss battle in the rayman dlc
I think that Rayman’ll use his hands as his primary being detached from his body and have a range of about a few meters at least. And with that, have different gloves as the different upgrades
If they give Rayman a gun instead of having him use his hands as a projectile (which would be the better option) they should at least have a gun based on the mosquito
Wished Wario and Daisy appeared in Sparks of Hope. Wario was apparently considered, but his inclusion as a hero is difficult. Possible but difficult.
He's been a hero in Mario 64 DS. He doesn't have to join the crew for heroic reasons. Bowser's here because he wants his minions back. That's not even counting all the other times he's been an ally in the rpg games.
He's been the hero in other games, because it was convenient. He saved the shake kingdom because he wanted money.
I'm still waiting to see Waluigi with a sniper rifle. I know that was Luigi's thing in the first game, but I think it's still fitting.

Random theory, but what if Cursa (Rosalina) is after the sparks because they have the power to make her normal again. Think about it; the moment she has the sparks in her grasp and starts absorbing their power, her eyes change from red to blue for a moment. The power she absorbs is working, but it’s not enough to keep her that way, which is why they turn back to red.

Really hope to see Wario and Waluigi show up at some point. We were so close with the first game giving us Rabbid versions, I hope they at least return.
This all started with a lady making a fusion VR headset and rabbits appearing in a washing machine

Also considering most Mario games don’t even show off their final areas in trailers or their final cutscenes in trailers before the game comes out it probably means that the cursa footage we’ve seen in this trailer including the whole gang being there might not even be close to being the final area footage

maybe there is a new villain, maybe some evil being used Rosalina because she has the powers that the evil being needs, then at the end of the game the villain leaves Rosalina's body and becomes a great monster

Cursa, who is obviously rosalina, is not going to be the real main villain. She is going to be some kind of vessel for them
The rabbits they encounter have beautiful designs. Keep in mind, there's probably that many unique rabbits because nintendo doesn't allow unique mario characters, like how paper mario also lost them.
That's a shame that Paper Mario has become a bland franchise. Nothing will ever top The Thousand-Year Door.

I’m very excited for this game. The character animation looks sick, and the gameplay looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun. I will say this, I think it’d be interesting to see the music match the spacey-adventure vibes, but the epic orchestral style also fits very well.
