In our last video about the Xenit Trike we were excited to explain all of the electronics on the Premier Edition Xenit. Today we wanted to make a quick rundown style tutorial about how to use all of these fancy gizmos and gadgets.
**Warning this is a boring tutorial video and may require the use of caffeine or snacks to stay awake!**
We are going to focus on everything that is integrated in the Carbon Cockpit Control Panel. Among some of these items discussed are:
- Skyflar Strobe System Installed (includes 3 strobes, 3 position lights, quad-mode control, cockpit integrated controls and indicators, plus automatic SOS pattern upon G load exceedance)
- Super Bright Color Digital Altimeter and Vertical Speed Display
- Backlight LCD Digital EMS (Engine Monitoring System) that integrates engine RPM, Water Temp, Exhaust Gas Temp, Ambient Temp, Battery Voltage, Engine Timers, Trip Timers, Engine Parameter Exceedance Alerts, Fuel Flow (coming soon in upgrade kit), and Fuel on Board (coming soon in upgrade kit).
- Cockpit also includes a Master Power Switch, Engine Ignition Switch, Engine Start Button, and Two Ignition System Test switches to verify independent functionality of both ignition systems).

Guys I have another tip for the SKYFLAR system. I have one of your premier edition Vertigo trikes. I found a technique to start the strobes: keep the SKYFLAR button depressed while turning the master switch to ON. Before I found this tip on my trike starting the stobes was hit or miss. Now they start every time.

The clock though... Feel a digital speedometer could be a better option. But that's what's cool I'm sure it s an easy swap
Sure, its a 57MM cutout, so any 57MM gauge would fit in there :)

Thanks Tom! We're nerds too obviously, lol. The intercom system is not included, but happy to help point anyone interested in setting up an intercom on where to purchase and how we set our system up. :)
Hi , very nice . My question is , i have a flash cruiser trike with moster 185 , 140cm propeller. I have a cockpit with my trike same like this but no instrument. Do this come with this setup ?
Depending on which unit you are looking at, our premier version of the Xenit Trike DOES come with all instrumentation installed.
nice one will theese instruments be avalible for other trikes for self asembing like on a Vertigo?
Hi Stefan, The Fly Henry "Fly Meter and the Flybox Altimeter" are available to be purchased separately through their respective manufacturers or dealers. Due to the complexity of the wiring, Fly Products USA does not sell these items in a "kit" for aftermarket installation. :/
I bought the Vertigo Premium trike from these guys and there’s a fabulous instrument pod on that model with some similar features

If this was a 4 stroke Unit, it would be Great--Much Less Maintenance and much better Fuel Economy...
and heavy and underpowered and more expensive.....
