I am so glad someone finally reacted to this amazing song, even though he was a one hit wonder this song was huge for Pauly Fuemana. Alot of people think he was a Mexican, I have to admit I did to and I'm Mexican lol he wanted that Hispanic sound because he said it always sold records, his sister and brother are in the car with him, his sister who he calls Gina and her name is actually Christian and his brother's name is actually Tony. Pauly Fuemana quit the music industry in 2006 he lost everything because of problems with record companies and producers. Sadly Pauly Fuemana died in 2010 at the age of 40 of a rare condition similar to MS.
Pauly was a Niuean New Zealander.

I was lucky enough to grow up with the children of one of the founding members uncle Tony Fonoti and his brother Brian 🤙 all of their children are amazing musicians and singers. They moved over here to Oz in 96 or 97 I think. They kept a lot of us kids off the street and treated us like their own 👍

OMC (or Otara Millionaires Club) was ironically named because Otara, where members of the band grew up, is a very poor suburb of Auckland in New Zealand.
RIP lead singer, Pauly Fuemana died, aged 40, of a congenital neurological condition and his elder brother, who formed and was in the band, died of a heart attack, aged 41, brought on by the same condition.

Another great Kiwi band/artists. Peace from across the ditch. This was a part of the fantastic soundtrack to the Occumentary - a documentary about the rise, the fall and the rise again of one of Australia's and the worlds most loved surfers, Mark Occhilupo or as the World knows him Occy.
