2. Why the federation hired foolish as a private investigator against pac & mike even though they didn't really kidnapped Mr. mustard? I am worried about Foolish once he start investigate pac & mike then he will find nothing and in the end Foolish will face consequences (from the Federation and maybe residents as well if ever they'll find out about F being detective) unless the fed put evidence against tazercraft
3. Why the federation decided to frame pac & mike about kidnapping Mr. Mustard?
4. Why the fed's lie to foolish,pac & mike then plot a game within these three?
5. Why are they using Foolish?? What do they want from Foolish??? I understand that they used foolish and deceived him that Mr.mustard is kidnapped by tazercraft but , tazercraft didn't really kidnapped mr. Mustard thoo.

1.(About PAC and Mike) . They caused many problems for the federation, including theft, trespassing, and destruction of property, among others. They are currently from the prison escape arc itself.
2. Foolish inside RP is easier to manipulate
Apparently, the federation screwed up by leaving a really powerful creative item available, and q!tazercraft got it. I suppose it's one item that could be used against them. They claimed to be an illegal item, but it was their fault for leaving the item available, which would be the second time that the federation makes a mistake proving that they're not perfect. Also the elections isn't over so maybe they want to sabotage Mike's campaign to ensure that ElQuackity wins
It seems that they're using the disappearing of Mr. Mustard to manipulate q!Foolish into working for them. The only one who showed too little concerns about the federation and cares a lot about Mr Mustard

Foolish's community should push him into trying to get like a trenchcoat and kind of look like one of those rough noir-style detectives! make his skin greyscale too, lol. That would be hilarious to see him go full noir while everyone else is suuuuuper confused thinking Foolish lost it, haha.
Well, his current skin (Akatsuki) actually seems fitting enough for the occasion, plus he wouldn't want to give away his actual position.
