I’ve got addictions, trauma, all that stuff. It’s so crazy hearing Juniors story no literature or anecdotes on the internet tie this closely to my experiences. DESPERATELY tried all the drugs read dozens of books made my dreams come true (didn’t cure but lots of relief there I think knowledge was the key to “fixing the head” and drugs hold me back).
Anyway last week I woke up feeling fresh and breathing easily for the first maybe ever. I think I was literally just happy and calm for a few hours. I’ve been able to catch glimpses since then but finding this content feels like gold thank you for your work bro

Thank you both for the great interview.
I also liked that Junior said that doing things for the first time again is not only great, but of course also associated with many fears. and you dare to do it anyway and get your life back little by little.
And exactly Miguel, the comparison with Mount Everest. That's how it often feels.
Beautiful metaphor, with the dark image and the small point of light. I'm going to imagine that because I'm well practiced, always looking at the black. You give me hope that change is possible.🙏💪

Self development bootcamp on steroïds! 😂😂 Yeeeess so true. That’s why I see this while journey not as an obstacle to my life because life is not a race anymore where I have to run to the next point but life now is a forest where I am a tree. I don’t have to go anywhere, my only job is to grow roots, to nourish myself and connect with others around on a deep level. ❤

Would you ever consider giving away a free spot to your program to give those who have no funds a chance at recovery? Like some type of lottery. Maybe another option would be to sign a contract saying they will make payments once they're able to work again. I know you guys work so incredibly hard, and you should definitely be compensated! Just putting an idea out there.

I got fibro, I’m in journey recovery … But I’m still confuse about one thing
When I sit on a chair work on Computer 20 mins I could feel a triggers and next 10 mins painfull started flare up my whole body. that happens with any posture when you work with posture hold muscle, even when lying on my side.
Should I stop and take a rest, relax or keep on ideological struggle as optimistic, be positive ?

Hi, I have Fibromyalgia too and find sitting in chairs especially at the computer very triggering all over my body. I've started using a yoga ball at the computer and it's been an absolute game changer! I'm able to sit better and move when I need to without a massive kickback. Hope this helps you too x

Hey man, I’m not Miguel. But what I found is that I got chronic fatigue after very stressful events. It very much is possible to get this from a bad break up. Traumatic events can dysregulate the nervous system. And put it into shock . Hope this helped
