Great work once again. To speed up combat levels in any future play through, a lot more enemies spawn in the mines on bad luck days. The jellies and other changes such as the notification saying you'll level something that night are new in the 1.6 update. They weren't in the game at all during your first 100 days vid

FYI, it's not true that more enemies spawn on bad luck days, simply a myth. If you want more enemies to spawn you can drink monster musk tho

Can we have more of this? It was quite fun to watch.
An interesting challenge is to complete the community center on year 1, you need to activate a thingy when starting the save to guarantee that there will be items that only appear from year 2 onwards on year 1, and it's insanely difficult, good luck!

Winter is actually the best for foraging. Since you can't farm, you can use all the space for planting winter foragables. Also you can hoe winter roots from the dirt and seedmaker them into more winter forage seeds. I always use winter to max my foraging.

if you want to understand the mechanics, the reason that you got lower quality fish from the bubbles has nothing to do with the bubbles, it's becuase the bubbles were close to short. the further away your bobber is form any land, the higher quality the fish. the only thing the bubbles do is half the bite time

Stardew is definitely the most fun when played casually, or with challenges. Currently I am doing a challenge where I can only sell stuff on day 28 of each month and I HAVE to sell everything I have. A lot of fun, because you can't stockpile wood or collect things for later. Takes a lot of strategic planning 😊

33:36 fish quality and other things, like what you find in chests, are determined by how far away you are from the shoreline. So since the bubbles were close to the edge of the land, you were getting worse quality fish then when you fished in more open water. Hope that helps! Loving the stardew valley content❤

I don't think using preserve jars gives you extra exp. I play using the UI info suite mod which shows every bit of exp you get, and I've never seen it show any for preserve jarring stuff.
