Why does it go from beginning Elden Ring to the end game, I'd love to see more videos of his journey in between!
He ended up blazing through it pretty quickly with Chat giving pointers with minimal trolling (though some did try). He pretty much ran through the first two days to get access to the expansion when it launched (he accomplished it hours after the expansion launched) and then started doing the expansion.

I remember when summons were a detriment against Malenia.
They still can be, if she targets them with Waterfowl she's getting a shit ton of health back
@@cyrus6461 I remember using Black Knife Tiche since she was battling Mimic Tear for #1 summon at the time. Had to put her on the shelf real quick and call in a buddy ☠️
They still are if you aren't aggressive. Cross is a pretty aggressive player so after he got used to her moveset a bit, he was able to minimize her lifesteal.

hey man, I used a mimic for my first playthrough as well even though ive beaten most soulsborne games except for Bloodbourne and the last two sekiro bosses i have to get back to. As long as people are coming in and enjoying the game thats all the matters. Getting brutalized for hours and hours doesnt appeal to a lot of people which is extremely valid. Mimic grants a window in which newer and even returning players can have a challenging but not overwhelming experience. I like to use mimic for new bosses so I can beat them and explore the game and then come back and beat them with different weapons without the mimic for fun. Also the DLC heavily counters mimic usage, the Boss AI now stays targeted on the player even when the mimic is attacking. only for short periods of time does it focus on the mimic. Just let people play how they wanna play.
@@cookeez7010 "Let" Even if we could, I wouldn't even try to go against anyone's freedom of playstyle. Just voicing an opinion, in a very non-offensive way I might add. You shouldn't feel so defensive about it btw.. Cross gameplay here is REALLY limited (roll, L2 mostly) with the most op stuff he could find. I think its a very boring way to approach this game /the souls genre. So I wont praise him for it, even tho im one of his twitch subs and love the guy.

When I learned that Rellana is weak to frostbite, it made the fight so much easier. Dark moon blade, full moon magic, etc. so much easier to get done

Hey Cross as a Fellow Titan main and Elden Cheese Player here’s a build for you to make things easier. I use Marais Executioner Blade which I call Blender Lord and Mainly Run a Strength Arcane Build. Or mage build if I want to just Comet Azur everything and 1shot all bosses.
Dragon Communion Seal:
To be able to cast Incantations
Incantations: Golden Vow, Flame Grant Me strength, Blood Blade (for bleed)
Talismans:
Rotten Winged Sword Insignia
Millicent’s Prosthesis
Shard of Alexander (OR Warrior Jar Shard)
Axe Talisman (OR Godfrey Icon if using Marais)😮

True but as someone who also used and still uses summons alot of these bosses are a lot easier these days. Alot of them have been nerfed and a lot of elements have been buffed

He's a multigame streamer who has a huge destiny community and hes new to soulsbourne games. 1. He cant spend the next two weeks solely grinding ER when a majority of his community is Destiny based and Final SHape is still relatively new. 2. For new players to souls games mimic's allow them to actually be able to continue through the game without feeling hopeless, my first souls was DS3 and i spent 8 hours on the second boss of the game, hes a content creator and needs to provide content, getting killed for 8 hours does not provide that.

Cross you gotta watch Scott Jund’s video on playing the DLC. If you use defense items and get more Scar upgrades it’ll put your defense to like 70% and it’ll be MUCH easier. The DLC power mechanic pretty much puts everyone back at lvl 1 if they ignore it.

Cross, A friendly advice from a guy who knows how to play altering.Make sure your vigor is higher than thirty just make it 50. I also recommend using any talism like the great and the pale drake shield talisman Defense. And I would highly recommend putting opeline in your physic wondrous physic

When I started playing Destiny and I found him as content creator I hated him but now he is just my favorite. I always have to laugh when he does something like this😂

Bloodhound has been peak since release, its just always been overshadowed by RoB, Blasphemous, etc. He's also really level for a lot of these fights so it hits like a tank. But even when on balance with leveling it hits solid and its power utility is a really strong attack since its both a heavy swing and a dodge mixed into two
I believe he's been playing with a fully upgraded weapon + mimic since like the middle of the game. Whoever watched the stream, correct me if I'm wrong.

Golden parry on Rellana is the way to go boys. Two parries and you'll get a stagger. Hope this helps!
