I also tried custom add by entering its IP address but it didn't work either. ezviz wifi cam can be viewed on HIK-connect and IVMS 200 but not on HVR/DVR. I also tried SADP TOOL, but this time, EZVIZ appeared here but HVR did not. A bit strange, right? Any thoughts? can you help me with this problem?
EZVIZ not support Onvif so you need connect with camera by RTSP. And need NVR support RTSP protocol. You can refer new my videos. And I see new firmware for NVR after April 2022 its not support RTSP protocol. Please check again, thank you!
