I usually read true horror stories almost every day from true stalker stories, camping horror stories, home invasion horror stories, scary nightshift stories, scary workplace stories, and even the occasional true scary clown story if I'm feeling particularly spicy (mostly sourced by reddit or submitted by subscribers)!

The best thing to do to have police be able to catch wicked people is to always tell them to NOT USE LIGHTS AND SIRENS. Yes, I was in a situation personally when someone broke into my apartment basement window to hook up cable illegally that I never wanted, i called 911, reported this person broke into my basement window and what his intentions were, I instantly said, "BUT DON'T NOT USE LIGHTS OR SIRENS! I REPEAT, DO NOT USE LIGHTS OR SIRENS!". And police didn't. One pulled up and got out of his police car. I instantly went outside and told him what was going on, which window the person broke into, and gave the officer his first and last name. That officer looked over and few seconds later, that suspect came back out through that window, and done all police procedures. He got arrested and charged. Yes, have law enforcement use lights and sirens as they normally do in emergency. But to catch suspect while you are still safe in your house/apartment before suspect gets inside, tell dispatcher to NOT USE LIGHTS AND SIRENS. But yes, it's perfect for lights and sirens immediately when suspect is breaking in for you directly. My suspect didn't come for me directly. He only wanted to help me get cable illegally, which I never wanted. I knew what he was there for, because he was talking to me about it for a few months before hand. That's why I was able to have police to keep their lights and sirens completely off. In worse situation then mine, allow the police to use sirens, but request PICE to instantly turn both lights and sirens off once they are closer to your residence. This way you can trap your own aggressor by not giving them even a chance to escape that far. Now that you know, use good judgment for emergency during burglary, as long as you are able to stay hidden.
So buddy was just hooking up your cable and you had him charged why wouldn’t you just tell him to piss off . Sounds a bit extreme
I'd say what's a bit extreme is the dude breaking into someone else's home to set up cable. From what op has said, it sounds like they had told him to piss off, multiple times, and didn't listen.@kyledixon4647

Ive always wondered why the hell they would use lights and sirens when theres an intruder or suspicious person. Do they even wanna catch the person? They sure not gonna catch them in most cases using lights n sirens.
@@suejohnson1797I think they "need" to use the sounds and sirens to make it fast enough through traffic SAFELY (theirs and the other motorists). That's my "main" guess, anyway. The same reason firefighters or an ambulance use lights and sirens when they are rushing through traffic, on a call. That's why drivers "SHOULD" pull over, when possible, to allow them to get there. AND,.....that's also why, especially the "police", SHOULDN'T just use their lights and sirens JUST TO GET THROUGH TRAFFIC, or the TRAFFIC LIGHTS! I HAVE....SEEN....COPS DO SUCH THINGS!!

23:00, I wonder what was up with the church so deep in the woods? Obviously, people lived close enough to attend at one time, I guess, but OP said there were no remnants of homes or anything to indicate people were ever in the area. Odd tunnel w the “weird” symbols. I’m willing to bet the park ranger knew exactly what it was and it is probably being used for nefarious purposes.
