I'm glad Theo's having more Southern guests on. Too often the media and people in other regions try to make us feel bad about ourselves. As proud as we are, sometimes we begin to believe a little bit of the lie that we should be ashamed of our culture. For example, some of us may say stuff like "my accent isn't that bad" as if our beautiful language is a negative thing, etc. It's nice to see a popular podcast where we can make fun of ourselves AND celebrate our culture at the same time.

I play alot of Morgan's songs. And Since we can't play any shows rn in the clubs I,ve been street performing and the joy I get my town gets just from doing this has made me a more humble and thankful for people. I never expected to be able to fill so many with the joy and happiness from music. Especially the kids. They wave and give me thumbs up. And jam out with me. So much fun. The other day I gave a kid 20$ bucks because he ,s seen me out there doing it and he went home grabbed his guitar and he too was out there jamming out.
