My acquisntances' family was there in kanishka flight. They were going to India to attend a marriage. The head of the family remained in canada. His wife and two children were killed. Similarly Dr. K. L. Raos' (Chairman of Central Water Commision) grand children were also killed.
I don't know if putting a up vote is appropriate but just to say I will forever remember this tragedy. Actually tragedy is the wrong word because that should only be used for accidents and such. People did this. On purpose and this should always be remembered for the horrendous act it was. All I can say is I will never forget.
