- They said fishball is the most representable Hong Kong street food but don’t forget that there are other street foods that are even tastier!
Two of my all-time favourite - deep-fried pig intestines 炸大腸 and 生腸, which is the oviduct 輸卵管 of pig (served cold). I know they sound horrible but trust me, they taste good.
If you are adventurous, deep-fried pig intestines and oviducts. If not, fishballs 一串魚蛋呀唔該！

You made me miss HK so much and curry fish balls. Every time when you flashed foods on a stick close up , my mouth open and expect for you to feed me like a baby. So disappoint not happening But not disappointed about your fun street food adventures .

can't wait to go back to HK to partake in the street food. but do come down to the Philippines also and let us treat you to our own version of your street food - we have isaw ng baboy (pig intestine) which is grilled and lathered with Filipino barbecue sauce and fishball as well (dipped in either sweet, sweet & spicy or spicy sauce).
Definitely would like to try these street food from the Philippines too! Hope the border can open soon! 🙋🏻♀️
