    Hi Phil, Great video as always. Quick question but would it have been easier to route the wood before you cut it and therefore you’d only have to do 2 sides plus do you think that staining the board before the cuts would have made it easier? Just a thought. Keep up the good work.

      I did think about both of these methods. The thing is, I knew that some of the squares would be thrown away due to various knots and damage. So I wanted to cut them and then pic out the good ones. Either way it really didn't take very long anyway. If I made them often I would probably try to speed up the process.
