So many lovely things in the shops this Christmas. I too can never keep Poinsettias alive.Fake ones seem the way forward. I loved the music in your video.
Don't forget there's usually a corner tucked away with slightly damaged or slightly soiled goods for sale at reduced prices!

The item that looks like a petrol station is actually a syphon attachment for making your own apple cider. which can be canned and stored in seal tight jars. some great items guys looks really a nice place to go.x

u have mulled wine when I was living in Denmark, we use to put raisins sultanas to soak in vodka for 24hrs. then add to the mulled wine and heat on a gentle heat

Love the Snoopy Crimbo cards and a good price too, I have been a fan of Snoopy since I was a teenager, and I do find a big 'IF' you can find Snoopy stuff here in the UK, it usually comes with a hefty price tag so those cards a real barg. Loved wandering round the shops with you guys, saw loads I wanted too so now I need to go to Ikea, Home Sence & Home Baragins! Have a great week thats coming up! Thanks for the Vlog as always!

It was so nice of you two to take us along with you on this pleasant shopping spree! By the way, I also like retro porcelain handles and knobs for cabinets, - especially with some brass detailes. Have bought couple of very classy ones recently on sale.

I must have gone to IKEA a bit too early (Purley Way not Greenwich) as there was more Christmas stuff on your visit. But, I did buy 10 of the £1 poinsettias that I’m going to lay down along a window sil - I saw that in IKEA. Real poinsettias like to be treated mean - don’t water until they look a little wilted and don’t let them sit in any spare water. Also keep them away from draughts or cold window spaces.

O I love going shopping with you guys xx. I miss IKEA and home sense so much …. I had an ektorp sofa from ikea it was amazing the covers washed beautifully had it over 15 years only changed it this year as wanted a different style x. So many great pieces there. My nearest ikea is miles away … bless Luke putting the drink back because not alcohol 😂😂♥️xx. Home sense is such a great shop picked up many a barg there x. Hi Mr. C! Gotta love Ikea...most especially during the holidays. I'm a big fan of Scandinavian Christmas decor. It's our usual theme in our home during the holidays with all the gonks, fair isle jumper prints, woodland animals, & red spotted mushrooms. Can't believe what an amazing deal those plant based meatballs were! Such a better meal than our Costco warehouse hotdog & soda combo in the U.S. Loved all the things you spotted in there as well as in Homesense and B&M. Thanks for taking us along as always. Glugg is a sort of mulled wine so you'd have been okay giving it a try--it's fun for the holidays, served hot. That Roman blind was really nice--a good price, too.

Happy Sunday Iwan. Wish I could answer the question about prolonging the life of a real poinsettia, but like you I have trouble with making them last. Such a shame as they're so lovely to have around at Christmas time. I love the little artificial one you got from IKEA. Bargain at a pound. Great seeing you and Luke shopping together. IKEA is fun , especially during the holiday season. We have the only one in our state about 20 miles from my home. They always have fun and interesting things. I love their vignettes of furniture, kitchens and baths. Their coffee is good and worth buying. We like having lunch there too. I like their food storage bags and their spray bottles found in their garden department. When we moved into our current home, I did our living room in mid century modern and those chairs are very much like the ones I had. Went to home bargains and found fabulosa shimmering shower spray. Then found fabulosa unicorn dust disinfectant spray which is fun. I am very happy.

I’ve still got my rechargeable drill from Ikea, purchased some 15+ years ago, it came in an orange toolbox-like storage case.
I’m quite interested in that drop-down table you showed in Ikea at the beginning of video. 💜
I got the coffee for a gift with the French press and it is very good.

Hi Iwan , the reason poinsettias don’t last long is because they basically go into shock- they are usually bought from outside a florist or in a supermarket freshly planted and don’t have chance to adjust to the heat indoors. They need to acclimatise and be kept watered to survive. However, I know this and still kill houseplants!,

You have to water poinsettias with water at room temperature and never put them near a window. The temperature difference between night and day is to big in a window sill.
Thanks for taking me on a shopping spree. I'm so envious. Did most of my Christmas shopping in Edinburgh but there is only so much you can take on a plane. Now I'm back in a f* lockdown again.

Just what i needed,with my utility room almost built,was to have a look round Ikea. Those roman blinds will look ideal in there. The white Ikea metal shelving,we found for £5 in a charity shop,and hoping it will fit in the new room too .
I'm due for a trip to IKEA for all the festive things, especially The food and drink. I love the malt Christmas drink they bring out every year.

I love the trips you do to IKEA with obligatory meatballs meal. They have some lovely stuff in as do the other shops you visited. Poinsettias don't last with me either so I'd go for an artificial one. Have a good week ahead xx

I did get one of the wreaths from ikea which I’m gonna pimp up. However one of the other Christmas decoration that I want hasn’t come into my store yet. Hopefully it will soon. So many great things in home sense. I’ve already seen the bauble bag in home bargains but just haven’t got round to buying one yet. Great video 😀
My daughter was a disaster area in IKEA yesterday. Her trolley 'malfunctioned' at the checkouts and knocked down a whole display, then she wheeled her flat pack wardrobes out to her car and put her back out trying to lift them up. The staff had to rescue her, and her wardrobes, and take them all back inside - where she had to admit defeat and book a delivery :-D hehe x
