hi, in this video i will show u everything i know in this resort. the thing i like this resort and few things i dont like this resort.
* i like the room is big and clean. it has some dirty spots in the room, but it is minors.
* i like coffee shop and ice cream shop but wish they are open little earlier.
*food are ok. especially steakhouse ( love it). but they need upgrade more tropical fruits in main buffet.
* the services and staff is ok. nice serviced.
* i Dislike the beach, we have no time with the beach. not even 1 day. so sad about this.
* i dislike the AC in buffet. too hot

Hola muy descrpcipnada de este segundo viaje ase un año fui y todo muy lindo todo el personal muy amable y xk me gusto todo y la tancion regrese ase 6 días y arrepentidicima no se k paso si cambiaron de personal pero me descaminaron mucho tanto en el bar de las piscinas como en el cuarto empleados groseros k te regañan solo x ser umilde regrese ami casa muy triste
El hotel muy bello la atención del personal del chekin muy amable pero los empleados una caca
Aclaró no todos hay unos súper amables y educados pero la mayoría vien prepotentes 😢
